How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service, route patients by state, personalize launch and care communications, support account security, coordinate clinician review, and comply with legal and operational requirements.
Marketing emails
If you join the launch list, we use your email, first name, state, and selected goal to send relevant launch updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
Health information
Health-related information submitted through patient intake or care workflows is used for care operations, clinician review, prescription coordination, fulfillment, and legally required records. We do not sell patient health information.
