Terms of Service

The service

Pacific RX is a telehealth platform that connects you with independent licensed physicians who review your health intake and, where clinically appropriate, prescribe treatment fulfilled by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Pacific RX is not a pharmacy and does not practice medicine; all clinical decisions are made by the reviewing physician.

No guarantee of prescription

Submitting an intake and placing a payment hold does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed physician independently reviews every request and may decline treatment. If your request is not approved, the hold on your card is released and you are not charged.

Payments and billing

When you check out we place an authorization hold on your card. Your card is charged only when a physician approves your request and signs your prescription. Recurring plans renew on the schedule shown at checkout until canceled. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

Your responsibilities

You agree to answer intake questions truthfully and completely, to keep your account information current, to use medications only as directed by your prescription, and to seek emergency care immediately for any urgent medical situation. This service is not for medical emergencies.

State availability

Care is available only in states where a participating physician holds an active license. Your request is routed to physicians licensed in your state of residence as provided at signup.

Privacy

Our handling of your personal and health information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
